Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the Unpact app and related services ("the Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.
The Service
Unpact lets you capture voice and text notes and uses artificial intelligence to convert them into tasks, due dates, subtasks, and reminders. The Service is provided by Unpact ("we", "us").
Your account
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your password secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
Free plan and subscriptions
- The free plan includes a limited number of AI-processed captures per calendar month (currently 20). Limits are shown in the app and may change.
- Unpact Pro is an auto-renewing subscription that removes capture limits. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
- Subscriptions are billed and managed through your Apple App Store or Google Play account, and renew automatically until cancelled in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
AI-generated content
Tasks, dates, and reminders are generated by AI from your words. AI output can be wrong. Always verify important dates, deadlines, and details. We are not responsible for missed obligations resulting from AI interpretation errors.
Your content
You own the content you create in Unpact. You grant us a limited license to store and process it (including via the AI service providers described in our Privacy Policy) solely to provide the Service to you.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service — including attempting to breach its security, interfering with its operation, reverse engineering it, or using it for unlawful purposes.
Availability and changes
The Service is under active development and provided "as is" and "as available." Features may change, and we may suspend or discontinue parts of the Service. We may update these terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.
Termination
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of [YOUR STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
