Delete your account

Deleting your Unpact account permanently removes your account and all associated data: voice recordings, transcripts, memos, tasks, subtasks, reminders, and lists. This cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app (fastest)

• Open Unpact and go to Profile (the gear icon).
• Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
• Confirm. Your account and all data are deleted immediately.

Request deletion by email

If you can't access the app, email support@unpact.app from the email address on your account with the subject "Account deletion request." We will verify the request and delete the account, typically within 7 days.

Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active Unpact Pro subscription — cancel it in your Apple App Store or Google Play subscription settings to stop future billing.
